Embossed printing means embossing the figure and pattern on colour printed articles or blank paper to create a spatial perception of the pattern.
Offset printing: a kind of board printing, transfers the figures and texts on the board to the articles to be printed using rubber.
Flexo printing: a kind of relief printing, the ink is transferred through anilox roll and flexo board. Generally, drum printing is used.
Screen printing: screen board is made from using light sensitive materials through heliograph (holes for figures and texts will be through and holes for other areas will be blinded). During the printing, the pressure of the scraper makes the ink go through the screen onto the articles to be printed and shape the same figure as the original one. Equipment for screen printing is simple, its operation is convenient. Printing and heliograph are easy and at low cost.
Hotstmaping: electric aluminium bronzing is a kind of special ink-free printing process. Through pressure and temperature, the model on the printing press will press the articles against the bronzing foil at a short time and transfer figures and texts on the foil to the surfaces.
Die cutting: a die cutting board with the tools is assembled according to the pattern required by the product design and the articles are cut to the desired shapes and cut-out mark are made through pressure.
UV printing: printing with UV ink. This ink solidifies under UV light.
Vacuum aluminium spraying: under the vacuum, the aluminium is vaporised and sprayed on the surface of the base material to form a compound film. It is extensively used to replace aluminium foil compound materials. |
